United States: Bakersfield Possible DUI Major Injury Crash
Bakersfield, United States - July 25, 2024
07/25/2024 11:30 pm (GMT-0800) | BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – A major injury crash involving a gray Toyota and a black Ram truck occurred late Thursday night on Norris Road, just west of Crest Wood Street.
The California Highway Patrol reported the incident on its traffic incident page, stating that the crash happened around 11:30 p.m. At least one person is suffering from major injuries.
The driver of the Toyota was arrested at the scene for an unconfirmed reason. There is a possibility that the driver, who may be a teenager, was under the influence. A DUI breath test kit was seen on top of the cruiser she was placed in.
The cause of the crash is currently unknown.
