Sand artist pays tribute on green leaves of Peepal 9th death anniversary of Dr APJ Kalam in Northern India

On the occasion of the 9th death anniversary of Missileman Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the 11th President of India and scientist, sand artist Madhurendra Kumar pays tribute art work on the green leaves of Peepal tree after four hours of hard work on July 27, Saturday.

Madhurendra said former President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam's life teaches us that if we work hard and with dedication, we can definitely achieve our destination. No matter how many resources we have, we can fulfill our dreams.

Dr Kalam died of a heart attack on 27 July 2015 while delivering a lecture at LLM Shillong. He was also known as Missile Man. His full name was Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam. Dr. Kalam was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 1981, Padma Vibhushan in 1990 and Bharat Ratna in 1997.
