United States: Winchester Plane Crash

07/27/2024 12:58 pm (GMT-0700) | WINCHESTER, Calif. – At 12:58 p.m. Riverside County Fire Department received reports of a plane crash at the intersection of Scott Road and Patita Lane in Winchester. First arriving engines found a plane turned over in a field with all occupants out of the plane. According to Riverside County Fire there were no injuries. A full hazardous materials response was started from Riverside County Fire and Riverside County environmental health. Initially, several sources stated the plane was owned by Riverside County Sheriffs Department (N52393), But after searching the tail number on the plane (N86270) it was found to be inaccurate information and the plane is owned by a private party out of the San Diego Area.
