Residents have to paddle through the streets of their coastal village that floods.
Footage shows the group of friends onboard the orange kayaks as they gently row through the crystal clear sea water in Batasan Island in Bohol province, the Philippines on June 27.
During high tide, the tiny island with a little more than 800 residents is submerged up to waist-deep as the oceans reaches their homes, and fish swim through the doors.
Resident Ryan Jaum said: ‘We are used to the floods here. We try to enjoy what we have and be alert, especially during rainy seasons.'
