Info from Licensor: "At a red light on Robert-Bourassa northbound at the intersection with Cathcart. The light turned green, but my lane didn't move because of traffic in front. The cop behind me cut around to the right lane to get ahead. At the same time, someone on a scooter crossed on his red light thinking it was OK since the cars weren't moving forward. He got hit and went down, but it was very low speed. He seemed OK with a scraped up knee when I drove past a few seconds later."
