Diesel locomotive collides with car at railway crossing in Sverdlovsk Region
On June 5, 2024, in the Sverdlovsk region of Russia, a diesel locomotive collided with a Daewoo Nexia at a railway crossing on the Kirovgrad-Verkhniy Tagil highway near Belorechenka. The car, driven by a woman born in 1974 with over five years of driving experience, entered the crossing while the signal was red. Fortunately, there were no casualties reported.
