On July 31, a frightening incident occurred in Ganzhou, southern China, when a young boy fell from a sixth-floor window and landed on the security bars of a fourth-floor apartment. Thanks to a swift rescue operation, the boy was safely retrieved without serious injury.

The village committee reported that the boy had been left home alone while his parents were out. The rented apartment did not have safety bars installed on the windows, and the boy managed to move a chair and climb out. He then accidentally fell but was fortunately caught by the security bars on the fourth floor.

Upon receiving the emergency call, police, fire services, and other rescue personnel quickly arrived at the scene. They decided to approach the boy from a fifth-floor window while continuously reassuring him to prevent panic.

After a tense but orderly rescue effort, the boy was successfully brought back inside. He was immediately taken to the hospital for a thorough check-up. Fortunately, the doctors found no serious injuries, and the boy was declared safe.

The video was provided with permission from local media.
