This is the moment police arrested a fourth person in connection with the death of rapper Julio Foolio - appearing to literally smoke him out of the building.

The rapper, whose real name is Charles Jones II, was shot dead on June 23, 2024, in a car park in a Tampa Hotel.

In a statement, Tampa Police said the fatal shooting was fuelled by an ongoing feud between rival gangs.

On Saturday 27, 2024 Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced they arrested Sean Gathright, 18, Alicia Andrews, 21, and Isaiah Chance Jr., 21, in connection to the murder.

Footage shows the moment that Jacksonville police close in and arrest Rashad Murphy, 30.

A resident, who does not want to be named, said police were at the apartment complex from 6pm until 1am.

And after hours of negotiations a video appears to show the man give himself up after police breach a window with a smoke machine.

The onlooker said: "My husband and I kept saying to each other 'are you serious' this is supposed to be a safe neighbourhood."

"We had no idea what was going on and then we were like 'wow'."

"You never know who your neighbours are."

"The squat team were telling everyone to get off the street."

"We were watching, the drama was keeping everyone away - everyone was out watching."

All five suspects allegedly traveled from Jacksonville to Tampa between June 21-23 to kill Julio Foolio, 26, in retaliation for an ongoing gang feud, the Tampa Police Department said.

Foolio was a known member of the "6 Block" gang in Jacksonville, reports claims, which has a rivalry with two other street gangs known as "ATK" and "1200."
