United States: People react to police who release Israel supporter who pepper sprayed people in New York

After “A Night to Honor Israel with Fmr. IDF Chief International Spokesperson” an Israel supporter pepper sprayed wildly on 7th Avenue, Times Square, NYC hitting many including very young children (unknown why). Multiple people identified the pepper sprayer as Karen Lichtbraun, regular at right wing events. She was detained by NYPD police (later released.)
Two very young children and their mother were hit by pepper spray in their eyes and Palestine supporters help by pouring water into their eyes. None were involved in the protest.
This footage illustrates how NYPD police walk into area the pepper spray victims were located and people react.
