A boy narrowly escaped injury as falling tiles crashed down while watching TV in southern China.

CCTV footage filmed in Yiyang City in Hunan Province on August 1, shows a boy engrossed in his show when a loud crash shatters the calm. Several tiles dislodge from a wall, hitting the child and causing debris to scatter.

The startled boy immediately cries out for his mother and flees, with his father rushing to the scene upon hearing the commotion.

According to the boy’s mother, a CT scan at the hospital confirmed he was unharmed, though understandably shaken.

监控画面显示，事发时，男孩正专注地坐在客厅的电视机前观看节目。突然间，一声巨响打破了宁静，几块瓷砖从墙上脱落，直接砸向了孩子，碎了一地。孩子被突如其来的意外吓了一跳，急忙一边哭喊着妈妈，一遍跑开，爸爸闻声后也急忙赶来查看。
据孩子妈妈介绍，事后去医院照了CT，还好没什么事儿，孩子只是吓到了。家里的客厅时十几年前装修的，采用的是瓷砖上墙的方式，没想到会发生这种意外，幸好有惊无险。
