A frustrated couple were seen ranting at staff at Indianapolis airport after their flight to Las Vegas was cancelled following lengthy delays.

The filmer said: "It had just been announced that our flight was getting canceled after being delayed several times. Most people were upset but this couple escalated when a customer service person was trying to calm them down.

"From what I heard the couple say they were from another state and this must have been a layover/connecting flight for them so they were going to be stuck for at least two days until another flight was available thru spirit airlines, get a refund, and or rebook with another company (when I looked up the prices they were around 600 dollars for a flight out with any other companies as it was very last minute).

"I took the refund option (around $80 USD) because I live in Indiana and just went home. They would have had to pay 10 times that and were not even offered a hotel room or any compensation for the issue.

"Everyone was exhausted and extremely frustrated and I think the male in the couple snapped and the female tried to get involved as well."

Spirit airlines delays flight several times only to cancel it at 11pm. The customer service workers were not great at delivering the news and people got very upset!
