This is the moment police officers in Brazil find two kilogrammes of cocaine hidden inside a man's fake plaster cast after he faked having an arm injury.

The footage shows the Federal Highway Police (PRF) searching the 21-year-old man after stopping him as a passenger in a vehicle with Bolivian licence plates on the BR-262 road in Terenos, in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul.

The video shows how the police ripped open the cast on the man's left arm to reveal the drugs taped to his skin.

The video then shows the police opening up the banks of white powder and testing them with a liquid, showing that they are indeed cocaine.

Local media reports on 30th July said that the man admitted to the police that he had the cocaine hidden in his cast after they grew suspicious about his injury.

The drugs were supposed to be delivered to Campo Grande, but the man was arrested instead.

The man claimed that the two other people in the car, including the driver, were not involved in his attempt to smuggle the drugs.
