While working from home, TikToker 'bythewayimbarbara' noticed a barely moving bumblebee on her patio. After a quick search, she discovered that sugar water could boost a tired bee's energy. She prepared the sugar water and poured some nearby, but the bee was too exhausted to move. Using a spoon, she placed the sugar water directly in front of it, and the bee immediately started drinking. It rested on her patio for over three hours. Just as she thought it wouldn't make it and attempted to bring it inside, the bee flew away.

So I made the sugar water and poured some close by hoping it would walk over to it. Unfortunately the bee was so exhausted it didn’t even try to go for the sugar water. I took a spoon and poured some directly in front of it and it immediately starting drinking it. I gave it as much as it wanted and it just stayed on my patio resting for over 3 hours. In the end, I thought he wasn’t going to make it and attempted to pick it up to bring it inside and that was the moment it flew away! I was happy to have been able to help.
