A white SUV suddenly lost control and ploughed into the lobby of a hotel in eastern China.

The dramatic CCTV footage was filmed in Jinhua City in Zhejiang Province on August 4. An SUV veered off its path near a hotel, accelerating towards the entrance. The vehicle crashed through the glass revolving doors, sending shards flying everywhere and causing chaos in the lobby.

According to witnesses, a parked electric vehicle outside the hotel was also struck in the mayhem.

Remarkably, no injuries were reported in the incident.

Emergency services quickly responded, securing the scene and launching an investigation into the cause of the crash. The hotel promptly organised a cleanup and repair operation, managing to resume normal operations the following day.

Preliminary findings suggest brake failure as the likely cause of the accident. Authorities are exploring various factors, including potential mechanical issues and driver error, to determine the exact cause and assign responsibility.
