Lebanon - Recent

Doctors and nurses with the 22nd Chinese peacekeeping medical contingent to Lebanon recently provided first aid knowledge and skills training for peacekeeping forces from countries such as Serbia, Sweden and Finland, as well as UN military observers.

Focusing on key subjects such as assessment of a wound, spine injury rescue, bleeding control, wound dressing and fixation, airway management, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the medical contingent conducted the training on first-aid knowledge through theoretical explanation, on-site demonstrations, and one-to-one teaching.
