USA: Riverside 3 Acre Brush Fire With Structure Threat
Los Angeles, USA - August 08, 2024
08/08/2024 01:01 pm (GMT-0700) | RIVERSIDE, Calif. – Location: Porter Avenue and Paula Lane
At approximately 1:01p.m. Cal Fire Riverside resources responded to a reported vegetation fire with smoke showing.
The fire is three to four acres and multiple structures are threatened, per incident command. Riverside sheriff's personnel is on scene assisting with road closures.
Crews are making good progress, per incident command, holding the fire at between one and two acres.
At approximately 1:41p.m. the forward progress stopped, per incident command.
Total acreage is between 3 to 4 acres. At this time, it is unknown if any structures were burned. Fire crews will be on scene for several hours performing mop up work on the fire
Cal Fire Riverside, Riverside City Fire and Riverside County Sheriff all assisted with this fire
