Los Angeles, USA - August 08, 2024

08/08/2024 12:00 am (GMT-0700) | PERRIS, Calif. – At approximately 12:00 a.m., the Riverside County Fire Department was dispatched to Kindred Hospital Riverside in the city of Perris for a stabbing. Units arrived on the scene to find an intoxicated male sitting on a bench outside the doors of the hospital.

According to the Riverside Sheriff's Department sergeant at the scene, the stabbing occurred off of the hospital property and the victim's father searched for the nearest emergency room on Google and it showed Kindred Hospital as the nearest emergency room, but the staff stated to the deputies the facility does not offer emergency services. The sergeant also said that when the victim and his father arrived at the facility, staff at the facility denied the victim entry and medical care and advised him to contact the Riverside Sheriff's Department.

No other information was known by deputies due to the stabbing occurring at another location.
