A man was washed to the rolling water dam while swimming. The current was rushing, and he could only hold the lifebuoy and barely keep his balance on the water surface. In the distance, two men were trying to throw ropes to save him.
This footage was filmed by Mr. Luo, in Sandaoyan, Pidu, Chengdu, Sichuan, at 7:07 pm, on August 7, 2024.
The uploader said, "Two locals used bamboo poles and finally rescued the man at the end."
