China's further comprehensive deepening of reforms in the new era is a "great boon" to the world economic growth and development, Cambodian experts said during a dialogue in Phnom Penh on Friday.

The third plenary session of the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee last month adopted a resolution on further deepening reform comprehensively to advance Chinese modernization, a blueprint that will guide China's reforms and opening-up for years to come.

SOUNDBITE 1 (Khmer): KY SEREYVATH, Director-general of the Institute of China Studies
"China is a key driving force for global economic growth, because China has been a major manufacturing hub for the world, and China is also a huge market for the world.
China's reform and opening-up policy has allowed international firms to export more products to China and vice versa."

SOUNDBITE 2 (Khmer): SOY SOPHEAP, President of the Cambodia China Journalist Association
"Cambodia will surely benefit in all fields from China's reforms and opening-up.
Through China's BRI and the action plan for building a Cambodia-China community with a shared future, we have reaped tremendous benefits in the development of hard and soft infrastructure in Cambodia."

The dialogue, titled "Global Opportunities of China's Deepening Reform in the New Era" Global Dialogue Series Cambodia session, attracted more than 200 participants.
