Driver 'teased' by malfunctioning car park barrier in China
A driver was frustrated by a malfunctioning car park barrier in China.
Footage shows a homeowner in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, unexpectedly being stopped by a malfunctioning gate barrier system on July 29.
As he approached the exit, one barrier arm initially lowered while the other remained up, only to lower shortly afterwards, creating a seemingly playful obstruction.
The alternating action of the two barrier arms continued, temporarily trapping the man. It happened at the junction of two villages.
The situation was resolved only after the man called the number posted on the barrier. Assistance was provided to raise the gate arms, allowing him to finally depart.
