USA: Ohio Trooper Rescues Puppies from Roadside Danger in Huron County

A routine patrol for Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Halle Paris took a heartwarming turn when she became a puppy rescuer in Huron County. Captured on body cam footage shared by OSHP's Norwalk Post on Facebook, Trooper Paris sprang into action upon spotting several puppies wandering dangerously close to traffic in June.
In the video, Trooper Paris can be heard urgently cautioning passing vehicles as she swiftly maneuvers her cruiser to block potential harm to the wandering pups. Demonstrating both compassion and efficiency, she skillfully guides the puppies back to safety, ensuring they are reunited with their kennel and securing the garage door to prevent further escapes.
"The puppies had slipped away while their owner was absent, but thankfully, Tpr. Paris arrived just in time to save the day!" the OSHP post celebrated.
