Supreme Court of Justice begins examination of election results in Venezuela.

“The highest judicial authority in electoral matters, for which its decisions are final and mandatory compliance (…) the examination of all electoral material of probative value recorded in physical or digital form, as well as the examination of the massive cyber attack that Venezuelan electoral material was subjected to, for which this room will have highly qualified and suitable personnel that will meet the highest technical standards.”
The president of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) of Venezuela, Caryslia Beatriz Rodriguez, announced this Saturday that the sentence she issues on the electoral dispute, introduced by President Nicolas Maduro, will be "final."
"This Electoral Chamber continues with the expert opinion initiated on August 5, 2024, in order to produce the final sentence that responds to this appeal, which will have the character of res judicata," Rodriguez said.
