Rescuers use iron rod to rescue boy trapped in elevator
This is the heroic moment rescuers used an iron rod to save a boy trapped in an elevator in India.
Footage shows the residential complex's technical team using the iron rod to pry open the elevator door where the boy had been stuck for nearly an hour in Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, on August 11. He was safely removed and taken to the local clinic for a checkup.
Despite new regulations from the Uttar Pradesh government on elevator maintenance, residents of Greater Noida West still encounter lift-related issues following similar incidents.
