There was no shortage of rainfall in Enschede during a recent flooding disaster, and this video provides definitive proof.
"This was the scene while I was driving through the city center of Enschede after visiting my daughter," the filmer, Farid, shared with WooGlobe.
Farid drives through the calf-deep water and passes by a group of lads who are enjoying their somewhat aquatic walk.
Reports indicated that not only the streets but also the basements and tunnels were flooded, posing significant inconvenience and risk to the citizens.
