Footage shows drivers carefully negotiating a winding mountain road in the Philippines.

The vehicles slowly crossed the path with extremely tight curves to reach the Bicol province from Quezon.

Some travellers stopped by the roadside to marvel at the beautiful landscape amid dangerous terrains.

One of the travellers Dianne Castro Alban Ligutan said the road is dubbed 'bitukang manok' or chicken intestines, likening it to the shape of the body organ.

She said: 'In the middle of our journey, we stopped to take photos and videos of the beautiful scenery. From the upper part, you can see the mountains and the vehicles passing below.

'The trip is always worth it whenever we pass by Bitukang Manok in Quezon Province.'
