The Crown Escalator, also known as the Lianglukou Escalator, has been in operation for 24 years since February 18, 1996. It has a total length of 112 meters, a height difference of 52.7 meters, and an inclination of 30 degrees. It has the title of "China's No. 1 Mountain Climbing Escalator" reputation. The Crown Escalator connects Lianglukou and Caiyuanba Station of Chongqing Railway Station. It is one of the special modes of transportation for people in Chongqing and is also an internet celebrity check-in place for many tourists when visiting Chongqing.
The Crown Escalator at Lianglukou in Chongqing is 112 meters long and runs for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. It is one of Chongqing’s special means of transportation and is the second longest one-level escalator in Asia after Rongguang Subway Station in Pyongyang, North Korea.
