YSA: Pomona LAPD and CHP Pursuit of Stolen Toyota and Gun Found

08/19/2024 10:13 pm (GMT-0700) | POMONA, Calif. – LAPD attempted to stop a stolen Toyota Camry in the Los Angeles area. The driver failed to stop and a pursuit ensued.
A female driver and a male passenger led LAPD and the CHP on a pursuit on the eastbound 10 Freeway into the city of Pomona, where they stopped at North East End Avenue and Mindo Drive in Pomona and ran on foot into an apartment complex.
The female driver and a male passenger who was armed with a gun, were both taken into custody by CHP. LAPD was on scene at the termination of the pursuit in the city of Pomona and took custody of the female along with the male passenger and the gun.
