On August 3, 2024, a video shared by @byahi_ni_choy shows a person slipping on a muddy trail at Aniningpan Ridge in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, Philippines. The slippery conditions were caused by heavy rain that fell from the afternoon of August 2 until the early morning of August 3, which made the ground soft and treacherous. The group was heading to a water source after running out of water during their hike.
