Massive boulders tumbled down a mountainside, kicking up a thick cloud of dust in northern China.

The terrifying video was filmed in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin Province on August 21.

Panicked tourists shouted, "Landslide! Run quickly!" and quickly evacuated to safety as directed by the park staff.

Despite the frightening experience, the visitors remained calm, with some capturing the event on their phones. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Park officials stated that the falling rocks were located far from the viewing platform, thus avoiding any direct harm to tourists. They explained that the landslide was caused by the area's sparse volcanic rock and recent rainfall.

To ensure visitor safety, the scenic area has a geological disaster emergency plan in place, which includes immediate evacuation procedures for such events.

据目击者描述，当时山顶的巨石突然开始滚落，伴随着轰鸣声和大量尘土的飞扬，形成了极为惊险的场面。游客们纷纷惊呼“山体滑坡快跑”，并迅速按照景区工作人员的指示撤离至安全地带。尽管场面惊心动魄，但游客们保持了冷静，部分游客还用手机记录下了这一瞬间。

长白山北景区的工作人员回应称，滚石距离观景平台较远，因此未对游客造成直接伤害。他们表示，由于长白山景区的火山岩稀疏且当日下雨，才出现这样的滚石现象。为确保游客安全，景区在类似事件发生时，会立即启动地质灾害应急预案，对附近游客进行紧急疏散和撤离。
