An Adele superfan who spent $75k to see the superstar perform around the world says his "life was made" when she invited him on stage with her."

Caio Giardini, 30, first saw Adele perform in Las Vegas, Nevada, US, on her 25 world tour in 2016.

Since then, he has watched the Hello singer 15 further times - including 12 at her Las Vegas residency and three in Munich, Germany.

On August 14, 2024, Caio headed to Adele World - an arena and outdoor venue dedicated to Adele - alone after arriving in Munich from New York City the night before.

During the concert, Caio said he stood in a spot near the stage where Adele would spend most of her time.

After the seventh song of the show, Adele gestured and shouted for Caio to join her on stage. He got up and had a chat with Adele - even talking a selfie with the A-lister.

Caio, a small business owner, from New York City, US, said: "I have been to see Adele 16 times in total."

"I watched her Munich show three times."

"I love how down-to-earth and relatable she is, her voice speaks to my soul -"

I feel like there is a connection.

"Whenever she is singing, I feel like she is crying. She is emotionally devoted to her songs and to her music."

"Through her music, she connects to her fans, there is something powerful about her."

Adele superfan Caio bought tickets to see Adele in Munich on August 2nd and 3rd.

When she announced more dates, he booked a ticket to watch her on August 14th but was trying to sell the ticket due to a busy schedule.

He said: "I bought tickets for the first and second show in Munich and then she announced more shows so I booked a ticket for the 14th."

"I was then trying to sell the ticket as I had a busy schedule in August but I was not able to."

"I moved some things around so I could go on the 14th and I flew from New York on the 13th."

When he arrived in Munich, Caio stayed in a hotel close to the airport and headed down to Adele World at 2.30pm.

After walking around, Caio headed to the arena where a steward gave him a different wristband to the one he was supposed to get - allowing Caio to be closer to the stage.

He said: "With my ticket, I was supposed to be in the back rows, when the arena opened they were passing out green and blue wristbands."

"I was supposed to get a green one for my area, however, I said I really wished I had a blue one and he said 'I guess it is your lucky day'. "

"He then handed me a blue wristband."

Caio made his way to the stage and positioned himself where he knew Adele would spend most of her time.

He said: "I was standing right in front of her."

"I never thought she was going to pick me - I was having so much fun just dancing and singing."

After she sang 'I'll Be Waiting', Adele invited Caio on stage with her.

He said: "The moment I was walking onto stage, I just kept thinking 'God is making my dream come true - my life is about to change'."

"The fact that I was able to meet my hero is incredible."

"She is so beautiful, one thing I realised about her is that she had beautiful eyes."

"She hugged me and was asking me questions - she has a way of making people feel comfortable."

Adele also gifted Caio a gift bag, which included a signed tour book, two shirts, a camera, Haribos, pens and magnets.

Caio said that his two favourite Adele songs are 'Rolling In The Deep' and 'Oh My God' and said being on stage with Adele is a moment he will remember forever.

He said: "I love rolling in the deep as it is very revengeful and funny - she gives such good vocals."

"My favourite song from her 30 album is 'Oh My God' - I love the whole song."

"When I got off stage they started playing Oh My God - I remember dancing like crazy."

"I was screaming and just having so much fun."
