On August 21, 2024, the citizens of Tokyo, Japan, had another task added to their already full plates: carefully navigating through floodwater.
The flooding occurred due to intense rain, which impacted various parts of the city, and unfortunately, the metro system was no exception.
"After rainwater entered the metro station, the helpful staff were occupied with drying the floor," the filmer, Muhammad, told WooGlobe.
