Stunning sunset finale of aerial performance atop a massive 2.5 tonne block of ice suspended over Royal Docks in London
The third and final performer in theatrical creation entitled THAW, takes to the air atop a 2.5 tonne block of blue ice against the beautiful sunset backdrop of London's Canary Wharf on August 24.
The piece was created in response to the tragic bushfires of 2019/20 and aims to highlight the need for urgent climate action to the viewer.
The performer, playing the character of a climate change activist, is seen moving across the freezing block for a period of around two hours as the light gradually faded, dropping a banner and lighting a red flare.
