USA: Northridge Person Shot in Head at Northridge Fashion Center

08/24/2024 10:45 pm (GMT-0700) | NORTHRIDGE, LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Police Department responded to a shooting call in the 9300 block of Tampa Avenue. The shooting occurred in the Northridge Fashion Center parking lot in front of the California Pizza Kitchen near Dave and Busters.
Upon arrival, LAPD officers found a victim in the driver's seat of a white Cadillac Escalade suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. The victim was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.
The suspect fled the scene. No other information is known at this time.
The cause of the shooting is unknown and is being investigated by the LAPD.
