USA: Mojave Pedestrian Killed by Hit and Run Driver

08/22/2024 08:49 pm (GMT-0700) | MOJAVE, Calif. – On Thursday evening at approximately 8:49 p.m., a fatal pedestrian collision occurred in Mojave in the 16000 block of Sierra Highway.
A red Nissan sedan, driven by a White male of thin build, struck and killed a pedestrian. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene, and the fatality has been officially confirmed.
California Highway Patrol officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. The investigation is ongoing.
