On August 11, 2024, in the sunlit streets of Zunyi, Guizhou, southwestern China, a male vendor dressed in a white shirt and black pants became overwhelmed with fear upon encountering city management officers.

Mistaking their approach as a signal to vacate his stall, the vendor broke down crying loudly right on the street, his cries resembling a mix of wails and howls. The situation quickly turned both humorous and frustrating for the city management team, who tried to console the distraught man while passersby struggled to contain their laughter.

Local netizens later explained in the comments that the man is part of a special community group with intellectual disabilities. Known for his polite nature, he frequently sets up a noodle stall in the town, asking passersby if they would like to buy noodles, showing his challenging yet dignified life.
