In a heroic rescue operation, a bull trapped in a foul-smelling sewage tank was saved by two brave men, Prakash Sen and Ashish Napit, in central India's Madhya Pradesh.

The incident took place in Shahdol district on August 27.

Visuals showed how the rescue team members with a lot of difficulty managed to get the cow out of the tank, the cow was fully covered in sewage but the good part was it wasn't injured and rescued successfully.

Speaking to Newslions Media, Mr. Gaurav Ralhi Mishra of Atal Kamdhenu Gausewa Sansthan, Shahdol mentioned that the incident occurred in the MPAB Colony, where the bull, known as a "Nandi," accidentally fell into a safety tank filled with waste and sewage. Responding swiftly to the emergency, Prakash and Ashish entered the highly contaminated tank and successfully pulled the bull to safety.

The rescue operation, which took place on August 27 at 4:52 PM, garnered widespread admiration for the rescuers' courage and dedication to saving the helpless animal. Despite the overwhelming stench and hazardous conditions, the two men ensured that the bull was safely extracted from the tank, preventing a tragic outcome.

The incident highlights the importance of community efforts in safeguarding animals and showcases the deep respect many Indians have for cattle, considered sacred in Hindu culture. The successful rescue has been widely praised on social media, with many offering their gratitude and commendations to the rescuers.
