8月28日13时许，青岛崂山风景区青山村观景台附近发生一起因逆行插队引发的交通事故和暴力冲突事件。涉事女司机王某（38岁，崂山区人）在试图逆行插队进入前方车道时，不慎追尾了一辆大巴车。事后，她竟将怒火转向对向正常行驶的男司机林某某（26岁，崂山区人），并下车对其进行辱骂和殴打。

据目击者称，王某在追尾事故发生后，并未立即处理事故，而是将责任归咎于对向正常行驶的林某某。她认为林某某未对其让行是导致追尾的原因之一，于是情绪失控，下车对林某某进行辱骂，并连续扇了其十几个巴掌，导致林某某口鼻流血。尽管遭受攻击，林某某并未还手，而是选择了报警。

青岛市公安局崂山分局接报后迅速开展工作，于次日将王某查获。根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》的相关规定，公安机关依法对王某并处行政拘留10日、罚款1000元的处罚。

On August 28, at around 1 p.m., a traffic accident and violent altercation occurred near the viewing platform in Qingshan Village of Qingdao's Laoshan Scenic Area, triggered by a driver attempting to cut into traffic in the wrong direction. The female driver, Wang (38, a resident of Laoshan District), tried to cut into the lane ahead by driving against traffic but accidentally rear-ended a bus. Afterwards, she directed her anger at a male driver, Lin (26, also a resident of Laoshan District), who was driving in the opposite direction and began verbally and physically assaulting him.

According to eyewitnesses, after the rear-end collision, Wang did not immediately handle the accident but instead blamed Lin, who was driving normally in the opposite direction. She claimed that Lin's failure to give way was one of the reasons for the collision, leading her to lose control of her emotions. Wang got out of her car, insulted Lin, and slapped him repeatedly over a dozen times, causing his nose and mouth to bleed. Despite the assault, Lin did not retaliate and chose to call the police instead.

Following the report, the Laoshan branch of the Qingdao Public Security Bureau promptly took action and located Wang the next day. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China," the police imposed an administrative detention of 10 days and a fine of 1,000 yuan on Wang.
