A resourceful commuter managed to fit her entire lunch into a hollowed-out bell pepper.
Footage shows the office worker preparing a balanced meal of beef, beans, eggs, and rice that she then packed into the hollow of a huge red bell pepper in Hunan, China, on August 20.
The clever lunch hack allowed her to avoid using a plastic lunch box.
She said: 'I didn't want to wash the dishes so I used a bell pepper as a lunchbox instead. This way, I can still enjoy a healthy homemade meal.'
