"The essence and the importance of our stay there is to interact with the farmers, to know their problems, and provide solutions to the problems that the farmers are facing. I've learned a lot of technologies. For example, I've learned about drone technology that is used in applying fertilizers and also pesticides. I've also had a chance to visit different companies that produce fertilizers. I've also learned about greenhouses, and how vegetable production is done here in China. This is a bit different with the way vegetable production is done in my home country, Malawi."
Xinhua News Agency correspondents reporting from Shijiazhuang, China.
