The male food seller, wearing a white shirt and black pants, suddenly wept in fear upon encountering uniformed city management officers on the streets of Zunyi in Guizhou, China, on August 11.

Mistaking their approach as a signal to vacate his stall, the vendor began crying loudly on the street, his cries a mix of wails and howls.

The situation quickly turned both humorous and frustrating for the city management team, who tried to console the distraught man while passersby struggled to contain their laughter.

Locals said the man is part of a special community group with intellectual disabilities and often sets up a noodle stall in the town. However, his livelihood is believed to go against strict state rules.
