Heavy rain fell in Chiba Prefecture this morning, causing temporary flooding in Chiba City and other areas, and evacuation orders were also issued. Heavy rain is expected to fall in some areas, mainly in the Kanto and Tokai regions today, so caution is advised. This is the state of Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture this morning. Cars are splashing water as they drive through flooded roads. This morning, landslide warnings and heavy rain warnings were issued in Chiba Prefecture. The amount of rainfall per hour was recorded at 46.5 mm in Narita City by just after 4:30 a.m., and 53.0 mm in Sakura City by just after 7:30 a.m. Evacuation orders have been issued in Ichihara City and Chiba City so far.
