This is the moment a woman attacks a delivery driver who asked her to move her badly parked car in China.

The incident, which ended when the woman tried to kick the deliveryman and fell on her bottom, happened in Shenyang City, Liaoning, on August 25.

Footage shows the food delivery courier confronting a woman who had parked in a fire lane, blocking his path.

When he asked her to move, she exited her car in slippers and slapped him, leaving the courier stunned. She then began swearing at him, and when he responded, she took offence at his language.

The courier then defends himself, saying: 'You started it by cursing me first.'

She then renews her physical attack, almost knocking him over, and as he tries to get her to be reasonable, she continues to attack him and tries to kick him.

When he grabbed her foot mid-kick, she fell to the ground and began crying and shouting insults.

Cops were later criticized after forcing the two to reach a settlement to solve the row when many said that the CCTV video proved that the woman was at fault.
