Photographers captured the adorable antics of young bobcats on a golf course.

David and Lynn Townsend were on assignment for a charity golf tournament in Colorado when they spotted the family of critters playing with a golf ball.

They were able to snap the playful youngsters at the Arrowhead Golf Club in Littleton - as the cubs' mother watched on.

The married photography duo, who operate under the name David Lynn Photography, said: "While we were photographing a golf tournament fundraising event for STEMblazers at Arrowhead, the 13th hole was romping grounds for a mama bobcat and her four playful cubs."

"We got to spend a few minutes watching these kitties steal golf balls off the fairway and have a great time playing together. "

"Mama bobcat remained super calm while on watch, even with golfers continuing playing their round. How Colorado is that??"
