Pennsylvania photographer extinguishes most of a vechile fire due to low manpower
A local photographer stretches a hose line and extinguishes most of the vehicle fire while waiting on additional manpower.
First in engine did not have enough pack certified personnel, so while they got the line charged photographer extinguished the bulk of the fire.
Once second apparatus arrived the hose line was handed off to those in full gear for the final extinguishment of the engine compartment.
