SUV Tries to Pass While Semi Passes Garbage Truck

Info from Licensor: "Driver was driving a semi-truck on a two-lane road in New Jersey when up ahead a garbage truck was picking up garbage.
The driver of a white SUV/pickup in the oncoming lane slowed down and signaled with a flashing high beam for the semi-truck to go around the garbage truck. At this time, there were 3 cars behind the semi-truck. The semi-truck started to go around the garbage truck and saw in the side view mirror an SUV on the shoulder of the road speeding to overtake the 3 other cars and semi-truck. The semi-truck was going around the garbage truck when the SUV sped past along the shoulder overtaking 3 cars and semi-truck, and lost control of their vehicle as seen in the video. The semi-truck slowed down to check on the driver. The semi-truck driver watched the SUV driver come out of the SUV and stand there. All the SUV windows were opened, and no other occupants were visible. When the semi-truck driver saw the SUV driver seemed ok, he kept going as traffic was building up behind him. Semi-truck was not involved in the accident!"
