Young Chinese man rescued after being swept out to sea off Indonesia's Bali
On September 4, a dramatic rescue took place on Bali Island, Indonesia, when a young man from China, was swept into the sea while playing by the shore.
It is reported that in the afternoon, Mr. Wang, a young man from Sichuan Province, was enjoying the sun and waves on a beach in Bali. Unfortunately, he was suddenly swept away by a powerful rip current.
As Mr. Wang struggled, he was quickly pulled away from the shore, and his strength was gradually depleted, putting him in grave danger.
At this critical moment, a man with long hair bravely stepped forward. Without wearing a life jacket and only holding a swim ring, he unhesitatingly rushed into the sea. The heroic figure was dubbed "Aquaman" by onlookers.
He swam with all his might towards Mr. Wang, and after a great effort, he finally succeeded in bringing him back to the shore.
After being rescued, Mr. Wang was overwhelmed with emotion. He said he was utterly exhausted and on the verge of suffocation at the time. He expressed his deep gratitude to his rescuer, stating that if it weren't for the man's timely help, the consequences would have been unimaginable.
However, Mr. Wang regretted not being able to get the man's contact information due to his weakened state at the time.
