Uneven bars teach avid gymnast the meaning of 'swing and a miss!'
Being a gymnastics pro isn't a walk in the park, and this clip serves as a comical reminder of that.
"I used to train in gymnastics, and this is me during my training," the subject, Niamh, shared with WooGlobe. "I took a hard fall on the uneven bars."
While swinging on the first bar, it looks like Niamh is going to ace her routine. However, her leap and disastrous attempt to grab the second, much lower bar show that even the best athletes have off days.
"Wishing I hadn’t quit, so I could try one of the Olympic Village choccy muffins," she added.
