Truck crash in Stavropol causes multiple accidents and major traffic jam
On August 26, 2024, a truck driver in Stavropol, Russia, crashed into a guardrail, resulting in a fuel leak that created a slippery film on the roadway. The Shacman truck, traveling from Stavropol to Nevinnomyssk, hit the dividing barrier, leading to several subsequent accidents as vehicles lost control on the slick surface. The mass accidents caused a significant traffic jam, and five people were transported to the hospital from the scene.
