SOUNDBITE (English): MBALLA FORTUNE FRANKLIN, Cameroonian student in China
"I have a lot of respect for the country of China. It has a great history, and it is a model for many countries that are currently developing around the world. So ever since I've gotten here, I've only received love and I felt welcomed. And many people around me have helped me, be it at school or in society in general.

At HBUT, Hubei University of Technology, of course, the main thing I've learned is my major - business administration. (There are) excellent teachers that have helped me throughout my studies, but more than that, through the activities organized by the school, I've learned how to work with a team, and also how to contribute to society at the community level, at the university level.

After I complete my studies, I would like to go back home and contribute to the development of my country. What I would like to do above all is to create more opportunities for the people of my country, be it studying opportunities or job opportunities, and give the youth of my country chances for a better future.

I am very excited about the increasing cooperation between Africa and China. And more precisely, I am very happy for the efforts that China has put towards the development of critical infrastructure in Africa."
