Fallen trees, fallen power lines, flooded many roads,... made Hanoi streets become chaotic and devastated after many hours of storm No. 3 Yagi sweeping through.

Many trees fell, blocking the road, forcing people to climb onto the sidewalk, turn around, even drive in the opposite direction and causing traffic jams.

Environmental workers, soldiers and people had to work from early morning to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3. After storm No. 3 Yagi weakened, people and functional forces are doing their best to clean up and overcome the consequences.

People took advantage of the time when it was not raining to clean up the streets. Although storm No. 3 has weakened, it is still forecast to cause heavy rain.

Storm Yagi is a very strong tropical storm that has affected the northern provinces of Vietnam. This is a storm considered a super storm in recent years in Vietnam. Yagi emerged from a low pressure area that formed on August 30, approximately 540 km northwest.

Video was taken in Hanoi, Vietnam on the morning of September 8.
